I have recently started reading "The Happiness Project" by Gretchen Rubin.
About half way through the book I stumbled over the realization that I am reading a book solely dedicated to a woman searching for happiness. I wanted to find happiness too... But what defines being "happy" is it a place in your life after you reach a certain goal? Is it a moment in time that passes you by and you reminisce on it later with the thought of, "yes... I was happy in that moment."?
Perhaps some are born happy, perhaps some will never find it. Which one I am, is a mystery to me.
What are your thoughts on "happiness"?
